WARRANTY

Machines and parts shall be warranted against defects for a period of 1 year.

Defective parts shall be replaced promptly and all associated shipping shall be free of charge.

RETURN POLICY

All returns (non-defective parts) must be called for RMAN (Return Merchandize Authorization Number). Returned items may be subject to a 10% - 15% restocking fee (depend on the manufacturer.) Also, all shipping charges (initial shipping at the time of purchase and the cost of returns) and credit processing fee of 3% are not refundable.

Cancellation POLICY

All Cancellations of orders must be called in and are subject to a 5% processing fee. Also, all shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
